Bradberry v. Equifax Information Services LLC

Case No. 1:22-cv-04754-MLB

United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia

If you received a notice, you may be eligible to file a claim for a payment from this settlement.

A proposed settlement has been reached in a class action lawsuit involving Equifax and the alleged reporting of duplicate credit accounts on consumer credit reports. The lawsuit claims that listing the same account more than once may have violated the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Equifax denies that it did anything wrong, and the Court has not decided which side is right. The parties have agreed to settle to avoid the cost and risk of further litigation.

You received a notice because records indicate you may be a member of the Settlement Class. If you are a class member, you may be entitled to file a claim for a payment.

To file a claim, log in using the Notice ID (which begins with EQB) and the PIN printed on your notice. Please read the information on this website carefully and keep your notice for your records.
